Been trying to convert my old slides to digital format.......what a PITA!!
Found a nice shot of my '46 knuck circa 1982. I think we fired it up that week.

Well the thing was, this bike was put together with a bunch of spare parts and some aftermarket parts just to sell.
That was the reason for the bright red paint. Engine and tranny were rebuilt and were actually pretty nice.
We got top dollar for this bike and used the $$ to finish off a few others we restored to compete in AACA judging. The bikes that had the first place senior tags sold for top dollar.
We had other knucks and decided to get rid of some spare parts, we actually built 3 bikes using spare parts we got from bulk purchases of shops going out of business. It was a fun time in the late 70's early 80's
