Anyone know the size of those o-rings for replacement?
Thanks

Armin

Remove the components from the throttlebody and measure the sizes with a caliper then order them from appropriate online stores in viton quality.

After measuring the o-rings I came up with the following O-Ring numbers for EFI components on 2002-2005 HD Delphi throttle bodies. These are Chemical Resistant Fluoroelastomer Viton O-Rings. O-Rings are also available in Buna-N. I later found that HPI offers kits with O-Rings, gaskets etc. They list the same O-Ring numbers also.

IAC O-Ring-            #18.  (McMaster Carr - 1288N118) 10 pack

FUEL RAIL O-Ring - #109 (McMaster Carr - 9464K44)   50 pack

INJECTOR O-Rings- #203 (McMaster Carr - 9464K543) 25 pack

IAC O-ring can be found at local hardware store also (I assume they are Buna-N) but is a different number (#36 IIRC). Size is: ID - 3/4", OD - 7/8" x 1/16" thick.

Feel free to correct if any discrepancies are found.
