Got a leaking check valve on a 2010 FLHTP.  Decided to buy a Fuel Tool kit to replace the o-rings and the valve assembly.  Haven't opened it yet.  Any reviews or advice on using this tool?  Tired of replacing the complete hose every time.

I have one and I still think it's easier to just remove the tank, set it on it's side and put the oring in with a dental pick. YMMV

The tool works great, just take your time and make sure all of the old o ring is out of the groove. Shouldn't take more then a couple of minutes.

I've had luck leaving the tank on and just replacing the larger o-ring using a mirror and a pick.  I also bought the fuel tool kit but have not give it a run yet (no leaking situation at this time) and keep the kit in my saddle bag so I can do an in-field repair if necessary.

Thermodyne

+1 on pulling the tank and just poking new orings into the slots.
