01 Ultra Classic passenger com plug missing

My passenger com plug is cut and I need recommendations on how to replace.

Replace it with a new harness? 70160-98A, about $250, or try Ebay

Have 7 Din female plug plan on wiring to the harness. Wiring  schematic shows six wires but current wiring harness only has five can't find were second black ground wire connects  as the schematic shows.
