Anybody have some info on this cam profile? Only found one sheet from a 117" build and the compression was set very low.

TTS-150, optimum static compression should be 10.5:1, slightly less isn't going to hurt it, depending on bike weight, gearing, etc.

I have one for my 117" rebuild, I'm setting the compression to 10.8:1. But it will get tuned by a very talented guy.

Consider it similar to an Andrew's 54, similar but not the same. I mean duration and intake close.

That actually might work kinda great. This is that dyna from the video I sent you. It's going back together on a budget. Keeping the Super G carb, SE ignition, I have parts to do a conversion cam set up (why I was looking at the 150). Wanting to keep static at or under 10.5:1 and ccp at or under 200.

95-98 with some headwork. No pipe yet, it has straight shots.

Didnt know tts have conversion cams. Good deal, it will be fun.

On their website it looks like that's all they have for 99-06. I'll be contacting you for the headwork too. Owner wants to keep the 2-2 exhaust so I suggested pro streets...?

We will talk, thanks
Oh by the way I can hook you up with a nice 98" kit with mahle pistons and a small dome, perfect for what you are doing.

👍. I think this is a good idea. I'd want to leave ample room for valve/valve, valve/piston being that I don't know the specs of the cam.

Let me help you, these are not issues when everything is preplanned. I would go up in cam choice, longer duration.

Conversion cams limit the selection.

Andrews 67 or 55

Fueling does conversions too 594?

I suggested the CR595i or the TR590 but he has the conversion setup in hand and no money for gears, doesn't want to go back to the old style plate and tensioner setup. Also keeping the super g and the limited ignition module.

Andrews 55N with 1.725" rockers on the intake side?? 10.7:1 puts ccp at 200 :)

The Andrew's 67 works great in a dyna. No need for added lift.
Kb forged 95" pistons +.040, 11cc +. Cam advanced +4. 84cc heads. Fun ride and one that will live.

Before you edited this I was going to ask about a +4 on the 67. I like this plan.

The owner of this bike got sold on a new M8 street Bob last night, so I we'll see what he wants to do with this old dyna. I've grown fond of it (it was my dad's first harley that he bought back in 02... that was then reason I was going to help revive it in the first place). Now, it would be fun to bring it back to life and then mop the floor with his new M8 🤘!
