2015 Street Glide Front Fork Springs
« on: June 20, 2017, 04:16:40 PM »
Anyone have experience with this?

I need to change out the springs in the front fork tubes on my 2015 Street Glide Special. What is the best way to do this? Do I have to take the whole fairing off to access the fork tube caps to be able to get the springs in and out of the tubes or is it better to loosen the pinch bolts and drop the tubes out the bottom and work on them like that? My service manual says I may need a tool for removing and then installing the ignition switch so the dash plate can be taken off to get to the pinch bolts.
