Just to be clear, we're going with the assumption that the wildly overpriced Daymaker headlamps are actually manufactured by Harley Davidson in the US?  Seems like a bit of a leap to me...

The nice thing about the external sensors is you don’t have to remove the tire to change the battery.

I pulled the top end off and looked at them when I had it apart and didn’t see anything unusual about them

I wouldn’t spend a dime on that stuff. Get the real deal & use JW Speaker & be “be in the light” forever. You get what you pay for! :smileo:
The Chinese rip-off our technology and profit from it. I won’t buy any of that 💩 either.

Yep I agree

Compression check (wet and dry) and leak down test for damaged or worn rings?
Great comparison Darren.  Some tuners say you will lose the initial "punch" at low rpm going to a larger TB.  Well, now we know better.

Curious about the comparison
certainly would expect the the 58 to give a bit more in the right half of the graph
the left half is a bit of a surprise
The tune would not likely have been optimised with the stock throttlebody ?

Certainly the other result speaks well for the Mellows and the effect on performance in the 2000 to 3000 range
Both the stock and 58 throttle body tunes were squeezed for all they were worth as this was the plan going into this.
I wanted to see for myself exactly what could be gained with a TB only in this application.

What wasn't planned at the onset of this project were the mufflers. That was a pleasant surprise for sure.

Thank you Daren
Appreciate the reply
and as others have mentioned, thankyou for the R%D
we really appreciate the effort you put in
and we appreciate you sharing the results with us

Not much point if you can’t check your pressure until you are rolling at that speed.  :nix:

Can the 0.125 be dealt with by using a shorter rod? :idunno:

Works well
