Damn nice result out of a 107.  That 635 cam was a bit of a chore to tune though.

I didn't put the build together but I believe it is supposed to be around 10.6 or so.

I see on the Star Racing website it says 10.4 but when I plug the numbers in the calculator at the published 6cc dome it comes out way higher.

Nice job Joe. 79 deg 37% hum 1.03 cf?  Did you check the injectors are 4.9?  That's impressive.

That is a ton of HP and TQ out of a 107.... didn't know it could be done. What causes the dip at 2,200 RPM's?

Tuned two of these last summer and saw the same results, injectors were pretty well maxed out.  While the dyno numbers were great the SOTP  everyday driving feel of these bikes was not up to par with many other 107's I tuned. Still a great kit though.

Just the stock white band 4.35 injectors.  Builder said star racing suggested just using the stock injectors.  DC got up to the middle 90s.  Not my choice.

That's crazy HP out of stock injectors.  Didn't know you could get that much HP out of them.  The calculators show a max of 114 HP. Good job on the tune.
