Interesting, what causes the irregular graph curves on the final runs with Mufflers and tune?

I wouldn't consider the curve irregular, the mufflers simply offered the largest increases in power from 2700-4000 RPM. The motor is stuffed up for sure; stock air cleaner, stock head pipe, and the cam isn't helping. We tested our head pipe yesterday and it worked really well, we'll be testing a couple different cam's and we're going to need to swap the air cleaner, however for the initial testing & tune development we needed to retain the stock air cleaner as most users will run it.

Run below was with addition of Jackpot M8 2/1/2 head pipe. We will be testing several different cam's next.
