Yeah Hoss deep down really wishs he had a Road Glide with that sexy looking fairing and all . He probably notices every roadglide on the road and what the rider looks like and wonders if he would look so cool on one :hyst:

This thought just occurred to me. Does the RG work as well in the rain as the Ultra? I use a short windshield on the Ultra and look over it. So I'd get a little rain in my face but not a big deal.

The only spot I notice different is the outside of my knees. I can tuck in but that gets a little old after a while. The upper and lower fairings don't cover that area as well as a bat wing that has deflectors installed. I am considering making a set this winter when my fairing is off to install some wiring. I've looked on line but no joy so far for the up to 2014 model fairing. You can buy them for the late model vented upper.

Thanks for all the responses. The bike in Jersey I originally wrote about got sold, but I found another one, same year and all, in Fla that is all done up. Blacked out forks and exhaust, cams, GPS, LED headlights, Zepellin seat, lots of other extras. Like my old Ultra as far as being customized. I'll go get it next week
