Mine is in the middle of paying the crank tax.  And by the time I get done it will be a new motor.

Some nice S&S wheels

Back in the chassis, waiting on the brown truck now.

Well, no, cause I'm a calm rider, who seldom shifts above 4th gear.

2000 Heritage Springer
Baker N1 shift drum, forged shift arms and anti over shift pawl
117 cu in twin cam "B" motor
SE MVA heads w/ manual compression releases, and lighter springs
SE PRO roller rockers
SE PRO intake manifold and CV 51mm CVH Carb
SE PRO 4 3/8 crank w/ Darkhorse PRO PLUG and balance
Timken lefty
SE PRO heavy duty lifters
SE PRO Quicky Adjustable push rods
SE PRO hydraulic cam chain plate
SE PRO heavy duty oil pump
SE PRO oil cooler
S&S 4.125 cylinders (stock height) w/ MAHLE Pistons 10.2 cr
S&S 570 chain drive cams
Samson True Dual Exhaust
Crane HI-4TC ignition
SE PRO heavy duty clutch spring
SE PRO Variable Pressure pressure plate
Hydraulic clutch conversion
Custom shift linkage, to allow either foot or tank shift with hand or foot clutch. This allows left side disabled riders to ride
Custom bellcrank assembly converts pattern to toe down or tap back upshift
I am just now finishing the shuttle valve hydraulic mounting and different foot clutch pedal
Next summer, I will look at doing a mirror mount for the front brake to convert the front end to dual disk, and Vulcan de-rake kit with rear lowering to keep the bike level, and slightly more handle bar pull back.
I built the motor from a 2002 Softail, so I still have the original motor. I did the trans work two years ago, and the shift assembly went through many iterations. My bud owns a fab shop, so I did it in paper, cardboard, Masonite, and finally plywood. When I felt it was right, I tweeked the CAD layout, and gave it to him to laser cut in steel. I will fine tune the design come spring, as I break the motor in.
