Jamie, your YouTube link is broken.  Since they are 50 state legal, does that mean no tuning is required?

We are re-doing the video and will repost. The original video was not a good representation of on deep, bassy tone of these mufflers which is really difficult to replicate thru speakers. As far as tuning it is always recommended for best overall performance and driveability, however in most cases if you install mufflers on a stock bike with the stock air cleaner you can get by without retuning.
