My hat goes off to Justin and Brandon of J&B Performance of Mohawk Tennessee! Ive been fighting starting issues since the build was completed. I contacted these guys on a recommendation from Ray (NOCENTS) and couldn't be happier! The bike is way more responsive. The peak numbers didn't change that much but the rideability is night and day different, its like riding a different bike.  :bike: :scoot:

That looks great I am thinking of the 635ho in a 124 build I am about to start so I've been looking for more dyno sheets with it so I can see the curve. Great job

I'm actually planning the same build and am collecting parts now. NoCents is in the process of putting one together with the 635s. I'm looking forward to seeing how it turns out. I haven't seen too many builds with these cams but I'm happy with them in the 113. Pulls good and has great low speed manners and it's quiet.

I figured a drive from Georgia to Tennessee would be worth the trip.
I think the results definitely were worth it if the bike is running smoother.
I know Justin and Brandon do some excellent work.

Basically it was just tuned. It had a lot of drivability issues and starting issues. Haven't had a chance to really put any miles on it since J&B tuned it but so far it seems a whole lot better than it was before. im leaving on a long trip next week so I'll get to see how it will do. I'm in the process of collecting parts for a 124, trying to decide on a head porter and what the goals will be along with a plan (parts etc...) to get there.

It sounds pretty good, it doesn't have a real angry lope to it like some of the cams do. Kinda miss that from my last bike.

I sure wish S&S would make that cam for the older twin cams.  I checked the valve to valve clearances in my heads. I've got plenty of room.

When I ordered one for an evo project we're working on they told me that was in the works. Haven't checked on them since then.

What pistons used in this build?

They do-
How deep do you want to go into your wallet? No excuses, get it done...and walk it.
Their special order cam sheet using EZ Start feature (I'm doing it-setting up a special profile cam set up with the EZ on my "older" twin cam street bike) is the ticket as long as you know what you want-and are willing to pay for it.
