Does these bikes have a bank angle sensor or tip sensor, or is it integrated in TSM or ignition module somehow?

Tip sensor is mounted to frame under front of seat.

Looks to me like it's in the TSM for that bike.

As Coyote said it is built into the TSM/TSSM and is not a separate mechanism.
