I have 2 - 06 model Harleys running TTS I recently was tuning on my 06 Ultra Classic and would have intermitting issue with it not wanting to stay running after starting and throwing a P1010 code "password missing" and P0132 "front O2 sensor high" After clearing the code it would be fine for a few days then it would do it again, I got tired of messing with it and assumed that the TSSM was going bad so I had it replaced with a TSM
Now I have my friend's bike here and I tuned it with a MT8 file 6 years ago  "now obsolete"  everything was fine figured I would check the tune and upgrade to MT9 file and now it's doing the same thing Start and Die over and over and threw the same code P1010 and a P0131 "Front O2 sensor low"  once it stays running it runs fine , clear the codes and it runs fine until it happens again.
I am running a MT9 file in my 04 Fatboy that has been upgraded to 05 ECM and I have done the O2 conversion on it also years ago and so far I haven't had any issues with it but I also replaced the TSSM with a TSM years ago
Have you heard of anyone else with this issue?
Is there anyway I can re-tune these with MT7 176 calibrations?
Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated

Just got this response back from Steve so I'll give it a try and see if it helps, could very well be the problem since every time it happened I was recording Data and shut bike off without stopping DataMaster then starting it back up

The only issue with early bikes is the data rate may be set too high for it. Try not starting Data collection until after the bike is started. If that solves it, your good to go. If not then you must slow the data collection down some.

By default this is set to a number that we found to work on 85% of the bikes. In the data capture above you see it is set to 5. IF you  are having trouble set it to 4 and check again. This is not a Mastertune file issue, it is us trying to go as fast as possible to give a better data collection.

Set data recording to 4 like the old days, so far no more issues.
Thanks goes out to Steve Cole @ TTS for helping me resolve this issue
