Rivera Pro Clutch

Tried calling Rivera, no answer just a recording with their hours. I have an older clutch unit on my shovel, and when I had the primary apart, looking at their on line instructions, they show a locking plate/washer for the 4 holding nuts. My unit did not come with them, and in all the years I have had it, it was never a problem. I don't know if it is worth doing this "upgrade" , but if I do want to do it, where can I buy these retainers # 1058-0106 If they are installed, do you leave the washer on the holding nuts? When I bought the R-P Brute 4 Extreme belt drive back in 2014 it came with that part already installed on the clutch pack.  If you get nowhere with R-P, you can try Drag Specialties #1132-0261, or Tucker-Rocky #060499
