Luggage rack mounting

Am I. Able to mount a detachable luggage rack and a detachable passenger backrest, at the same time on my '03 road king ? It has the detachable backrest already.  Doesn't look like there's room for the luggage rack at the same time.  No, I don't have the luggage rack as of yet. Sorry if this is a stupid question. Local stealer, is of absolutely no help, unless I am spending money.

I have both on my 98 RK. (same frame) They are separate pieces.  You will need the full set of 4 docking hardware points as they mount one in front of the other unlike the 09 up which share the center docking pin.

H-D makes a luggage rack that mounts to the Detatchable Sissy bar. (no extra docking points)  Part number 53011-98.
Fits 94-08 with Detatchable Sissy Bar.
