Is there an accurate way to use these adapters with a torque wrench? And get accurate torque readings?

Thanks

Just use the adapter at 90 degrees to the tq handle and there is no correction.

This ^ and if fuel tank clearance is an issue you can use a long extension to get the wrench up above and out of the way.

I wrote a spread sheet for this.

T setting is the setting for the torque wrench.

T req is the torque needed.
Wrench Length "L"
Adapter Length "E"
Adapter Angle "A"

Have done mine numerous times (just today also). Have always held at 90* angle as Coyote mentioned. I have some box end wrenches that I have a socket welded to as well as a 7/16" Craftsman saltus wrench for the left rear lower bolts. Never an issue.

Got a few of the dog bones but also got a torque adapter that can be adjusted to hold any box end wrench, works great.  Always at 90 degrees, maybe 88 sometimes.
