What are the effects of having to much vacuum or a VOES that is rated for 7" when replacing a 5" switch?

A 7" switch will switch to the high load curve sooner than a 5". 7 is usually for a heavier bike or one that has higher compression. Most are adjustable under a silicone plug in the VOES unit. Reseal when done.

I have changed voes switch on large evos to pull timing on bikes in the cali desert heat.

I'm running a 95 FX springer, 46 cam, 10-1 Wisecos, DynaP, CV and Bassani modified pipes. I changed the Voes to 7" from 5" as suggested from some reading. This setup is a change from a 27 cam and stock pistons.I am curious to see what the differences may be and more curious to see how the VOES changes things.
