No cruise or outside temp

Just got the 14 Tri Glide out of storage for the first ride of the season.  No cruise control and no outside temp.  Before it went into storage had PV with new ECM installed.  Could this be ECM related?

I would guess BCM,

I am being told the cruise is PV related and the temp BCM related.
