Blown Head Gasket???

I used 2 real short self tapping screws and JB Welded them in from the outside. Will never come out and even if they did they won't fall in. Routed my hoses down to a T.

Blocked mine off with a dab of Permatex form a gasket after cleaning out the holes with brake cleaner. Check during each oil change. So far so good.
