Ouch!  There are some used ones cheaper, but still expensive.

Does anyone know of a replacement or repair source?

I just replaced one a few months back - They're VERY proud of those $450+ Outrageous! If you don't "need" the ECM (DTC) indicator, Check Drag Specialties.

See if any newer model factory speedo will work with that year bike. I replaced a speedo on an 2005 heritage with a newer model year speedo for a deluxe that was a lot nicer and a lot cheaper than the 2005 replacement one.
