What is the typical chamber volume range on these (air cooled)? How large of a chamber can they be worked to? Where is a good place to source these castings?

95cc avg.
Can't help with how much, never went in that direction. 100cc would be within reason. Dished pistons are available as another option.

I'm running 110 heads that have been opened up to 102cc. Heads where worked by T-man.

We have used black or granite castings.

seen anywhere from 94 to 98cc.their pretty inconsistant,dont assume,check the set you get
