Slow Jets

 Hi guys, wondering what the difference is, if any, between the slow jets of a CV carb and the older butterfly Keihin carbs on the Shovels?
I know about the large difference of sizing, but is there a physical difference of some sort that wouldn't allow a CV jet to be used in the older carb if sized correctly? Thanks

The diff i seen  between the two was one  had more holes in the tube  than the other. this was on a evo  butterfly i was  playing  around with . either one will fit but  that was  the diff in the jet tubes.
