Going to use these 11:1 pistons with S&S 4.250 cyl ,however using BB calculator heads 89cc/30 thou gasket/Zero deck only getting 10:83 comp, using the spec found wiseco site of -9.8cc dome

Anyone come across this

Txwezl

Is that the measured volume of the heads or an estimate. Mine ended up being 88 cc's

Fuel Moto is using that same setup in their 128 piston/cylinder only kit and they state it comes in at about 10.75:1. So my guess is, you are correct.

Looks like they achieve 10.75:1, with their supplied kit Gaskets (0.045" head?) & about bolt-on 10 thou in the hole then.
With 0.030" head gasket stock heads about 87.5cc zero deck get 11.5:1 static

Pretty sure the cometic head gaskets I was supplied by FM were .030. Also, from everywhere I read, the factory head volume is close to 89cc.

Just had my 114 upgraded into a 128 by FM. 11.0:1 compression to run with a Wood wm8-408 cam.

Do they use Wiseco pistons ? I had a bad experience with those pistones back when the 106 kits were popular for the Twin Cams, the teeny- tiny rings jumped out of the teeny- tiny ring lands and , well you can guess what happened next.
