23 inch front rim

Friend at work is interested in having a 23 inch rim for the front of his 2011FLHX "Streetglide". He's curious if one would work under the stock triple trees? Anybody got installation limits, ideas or experience with running a tall rim like that on stock forks? Thanks!

needs a tree and fender, wont work with either stock, we do the 7deg tree on the 23's
