Off the top of the head does someone know the stock cam for a 2013 Deluxe 103? The bike has much more get up and go than either of my baggers (88s) with 26N cams.

Should be the standard HD Twin Cam cams.

Part of that sensation is the weight difference ( almost 100 pounds), displacement difference (103" vs 88") , and compression difference (9.7:1  vs 8.6:1).  The easiest way to fix that is a drop on 95/98 kit @ 10:1 onto your baggers, use the cam you have.
Ignorance is bliss, and accuracy expensive. How much of either can you afford?

Ditto to everything Rigidthumper said except the weight difference is more like 150 pounds. I looked at old owner's manuals and Dyna's weigh around 630 pounds or so. Streetglides at 820 and Ultras up to 880 pounds.

If a 98" didn't cure it, a 131" sure would....

The 26 in your 88" has more lift, overlap and duration than the cam in the 103". It is not the cam, it is the extra 15 cubic inches and the 100 pounds.

Bore your 88" to 95" and mill the heads .030" and you will run away from that 103"
I am an adult?? When did that happen, and how do I make it stop?!

I upped my 88 to a 95 and put in a set of 510g cams in my 06 Road Glide.  In 2011 i purchased another road glide with the 103.  In my opinion, the 95 would outrun the 103 any day of the week.  If the 06 had abs, I'd still be riding it - was great.

I ran my 95" with Andrews 26 cams against a CVO 110 a couple different times and walked away from from them. The owners were not very happy!
