intermitten miss various rpm's

just cruising down the road light throttle and the bike (2011 Ultra Limited)would have a hard  hesitation and stumble . Checked plugs fuel using shell checked wires nothing visible bike has 40,000 miles se race tec original orange one . once in a while over last week when coming to a hard stop felt like it was going to stall   gas tank close to full

Try fuel from m a different station, different brand.
Check for vacuum leaks.

I'll throw this out there FWIW.  My '02 acts like throttle position sensors should be a scheduled maintenance item.  I have a little over 85K miles on the bike and I'm on my third TPS; I now keep a new one in the bags.  It will act like you describe when the TPS starts going south.

Try a higher fuel grade for a tank full and see what happens, worked for me.
