  What is a go reverse kit for a 18 and 19 CVO that's easy to install and works manual or electric.

Have a look at the Baker unit.  It appears it would be clean and easy operation with no risk of burning yourself on the exhaust.  It's electric control but not the lowest price option being offered out there.
