Coolant lose

2014 limited twin cooled been noticing Im loosing coolant not a whole lot but noticeable on level. Checked everything that would indicate a leak but none found. I know a car can have coolant lose thru head gasket. Has any body heard or know of the twin cooled HG leaking. Thanks for all replies

With cars, you can go to many autoparts places and use their hand pump to pump up the cooling system to check for leaks.  The pump has a pressure dial on it so you don't over pump the cooling system (its possible and can result in a blown radiator - been there - saw and had to fix it) which will show pressure going down if there is a head gasket leak.  Also when a head gasket is leaking with the engine running, it will blow air into the cooling system and pressurize it.  With the cap off, it becomes very evident very quickly!!!

I really don't know if the autoparts store has an adapter that will fit a harley but if you remove the radiator cap (with a cool engine - not hot!!), you will see bubbles possibly but an overflow will happen with the air going into the cooling system from the blown head gasket (if indeed that is the cause of the coolant loss).

As said above, pressure test to Service manual specs.
And as far as I know there is no coolant transfer between the cylinder and the head as in a car as your thinking.
So no possibility you are losing coolant via the head gasket.
On the twin cooled the coolant circulates in a jacket around the exhaust valve, in the head then back out of the head.
Never does go through the head to cylinder interface.

the early twin cooled heads had a porosity issue as well

There is an opening on the head between Head and cylinder maybe done while casting unlikely that is where the leak is most likely one of the hose clamps leaking .
