What year did Harley start putting Oxygen sensors into the exhaust pipes

I need to know because my Vance & Hines 17921 don't have the bungs .

If someone wants them for a newer model, providing they fit, bungs are easily installed. A good welder can attach them and hardly touch the chrome much past 0.250" around the bung.
