Are 2014 Ultra Limited Braked the same front and rear?

I ordered some brake pads and all three have the same part number.

But OEM pads on the HD shopping site have a different part number for front and rear.

Part Number 41852-08B for the rear
Part Number 41854-08   for the front

The kit for the rear has the same pads, pin and spring but there are also plastic stick on backing plate liners and adhesive paste included.  Front ones come bare.

the pads are the same in both Front and Rear Kits

BUT the Kits are different, while both contain pin and clip the Rear also contains backing film and paste

and naturally you pay for it

the Rear Kit is more expensive than the Front Kit
