Are all evo mounts the same! For example with a 1994 Softail engine fit a fly frame ? I know the transmission is different but is the engine the same?

All I have come in contact with yes... the Same... I have a 1993 Evo in a 1983 FXR Frame for Instance...and will have a 1999 EVO from a Softail, in a 1994 FXR chassis..

Yes the motor mounts are the same

Yep, all of the alternator BT motors from shovel up through EVO are same.
TC mounted the trans to the back of the motor, but the left side stayed the same and I think an adapter plate can be used to hang it in an early frame.

Just remember late 92 up are all top breathers and anything before is a bottom breather so you may need to change bolts in the head.
You don't want to put solid bolts in a top breather  :potstir:
