Harley machine shop in Nashville, TN area?

Hey guys,
I bought STD Shovel ported Pan heads 20 years ago with single spark plug holes.  Fast forward to now and would like to double plug them for better starting and running.  They came with a flat spot cast in for the second spark plug on the right side, looking for someone with experience to drill and tap them so I can spend more money for different coils.      Anybody have good feelings for somebody within a 3 hour +/-  drive of me?  I don't like shipping them, hard to replace if damaged.  I am about 1 hour west of Nashville, TN. TIA
