Custom axles

I'm in need of a custom 1" axle.  Anybody have suggestions?

If it's to modify a current axle or make a complete new axle, any competent machinist can do it as long as you supply a drawing for them. Then either they or a weld ship to Tig an adjuster cam on if that's the route you're going.

No adjuster needed, just a straight axle.

any good machine shop should be able to provide - just give them the specs or a current axle to go by.  Had one made for me in my high school machine shop back in 63.  Don't think they have machine shops anymore in high schools - they should - good trade.
