Did the rear mount bolt pattern change for the Touring TC's inner primarys in -99?

If you are referring to the three bolts that go through the inner primary and thread into the transmissions case, the answer would be no. '99'-'00 have the same bolt pattern as the evo FL trans and inner primary cases. Harley moved the locations of two of the three holes in '01.
