Fuel line o-ring ????

Anybody reuse the o-ring on the fuel line where it goes into the rail kit? Instructions for the SE manifold doesn't say anything about replacing it but the SM say's to.
18 Heritage. Replacing the plastic manifold with the aluminum one.

It looks good. How do I get the injectors out of the fuel rail? I am going to go ahead and replace the o-rings. Thanks for all your help.

O-rings are cheap. New ones for me when I remove them. Slight wipe with silicon or o-ring assembly lube to keep them from dragging.
