replace handlebar riser bushings on 03 ultra

Handlebars are lose and was told by mechanic that the riser bushings are in need of re-placement! Can someone who has done this on an ultra go through what is the process? Ive seen some vids but not specific to the ultra. Thanks in advance Chas

I've only changed them on my 2000 Road Glide (so similar), but I did just go look at my 2010 Ultra.  What I remember was the most difficult part was getting to the bolts from the bottom.  Should just have to take off the outer fairing and the metal cover that is under the risers, the one that catches all the grease and screws you drop, that one.
