Does anyone know if there is a fuse f som kind inside the Scanalyzer box?

What should be the voltage readout on beach of the 4 pins of the data link connected (DLC) on a 2000 FLHTCUI MM EFI system? I know pin 4 R/O, should have constant battery vintage.
