49mm dyna triple trees in older frame?

 Is the stem length and outside diameter on the newer dyna's compatible with the older frame necks?
   I am wondering if this would work on an aftermarket fxr frame? I don't have any of this in front of me but have access to the parts if it will work.

Thanks Turboprop. I was hoping you would see this.
FYI- Aftermarket fxr frame, wider and set up for a 180 tire.
    It is gonna be fab'd up a bit but being aftermarket I'm good with that. Needs some tweaking on a jig but I should have it by fall.
  I will have questions then!
