road king abs

looking at a used 2014 road king. How can you tell if it has reflex linked abs? That was a $800 option on that bike and not standard equipment.

Simply look for the wheel speed sensors in place of wheel spacer on one side. It'll have a wire leading to it.

ABS sensor spacer on the front is on the left side, rear is on the right side.  Also, if you remove the right side cover the ABS control unit is right there.

Didn't all roadkings that yr come with abs brakes? I thought the reflex linked was the option

The '14-later Road Kings and Electra Glide police models we have all have the linked brakes.  At least on those it was standard starting that year.

I thought maybe that's what you were alluding to. I don't think so.
Parts manuals list parts for non ABS and ABS equipped.

As far as I know, but will admit I'm not well versed in the "marketing" lingo they used at the time.
Two options: Either no ABS or ABS, called "Reflexed Linked ABS".
