Any longevity estimate for roller bearing in 2303?

It's been recommended for years to replace EVO Lifters after about 40K miles, especially if you are "in there anyway"!

Have you got any experience regarding the longevity of the roller bearing on the EVO Lifters?

I agree with that. Depending on the cam & springs I might recommend 20,000 miles. All those miles depend on how the motor was built & how the bike is ridden.
The setup is the weak link.
Pushrod angle.
Cam opening & closing ramps.
Spring pressure & type.
All these things combined [and a few others] is what determines roller life.

The roller itself is a quality piece.

I guess that indicate that stock pushrod lengths, stock valve spring pressure, stock cam and a laidback riding style, gets the most miles out of a lifter roller 😎

That sums it up pretty good  :up:
When they went to Beehive springs that was a big improvement. better valvetrain control with less spring pressure. It's the little things that make a difference.
Cam grinding has changed a lot too. I remember when going over .500 lift was a big deal. Now that's nothing. There's a lot of cams out there with .600 lift that are easy on the valve train.
