Horn Bracket torque value

I hope it is not too much of a dumb question, but not finding anywhere in my HD shop manual, but was is the torque value on the bolts for the horn mounting bracket to the head? It's not listed in assembly other than saying "start bolt with flat washer" and not in the big table of torque specs in the back. All I see is the spec on the horn to the bracket....

Years ago I downloaded a pretty comprehensive bolt torque chart. If I can't find the manufacturers recommended value I go off the chart.

Yeah, I looked it up on my chart. Would rather do that than trust some hearsay on the internet.   :hyst:
