going to upgrade my 13 road glide, currently has .030 gaskets, andrews 44H cams and a fatcat with wrapped perf baffle. cold comp is at 189/190. Have S/E 10.5 pistons (+6.5cc) and S/E valve springs and s&s 570's plus S&S HP103 cams and a set of 259's also. Heads are street port stock valve 85CC. I am thinking of shaving the 85cc to 83cc and running the 570. There is little to no good info on the HP103 cams. Any advice and/or experience is welcomed. I use the maximus(direct link) the current set up is good (92HP/106TQ) but falls pretty flat around 5200 and is a bit soft below 2400. Thanks

Here's a link to a post (#69) on an HP103/fatcat chart

I liked the 570 in my 103 really well. Heads are big part of it on both though

were both builds the same or different bikes ? If you were to do another which one is better in the 2300-4500 for roll on power. Thanks for the reply

Different bikes, I'd say use the HP103 with the 10.5 pistons.

I have used the HP103 and it worked well with my heads. Here is a similar build with CR595 cams and our budget heads.

S&S 570's aren't bad cams at all. They can also be used if you go larger, 110", 117", even a mild 124".

At an exact 10.35 cr, the S&S .570 would be a good choice.

I did a 117" @ 10.3:1 with a pair of your heads I scored on fleeBay and the s&s570 (your suggestion)... 130/120, torque hits 100 before you start the motor!!! Snappy at that compression too 👍. Tuned on 89 octane too.
