It did on my 08 FXDF dyna. There wasn't much adjustment left but the belt hasn't stretched since then.

Evolution industries makes some good trans pulleys.

HD's Trike 30 tooth pulley (83595-11) is almost a hundred dollars cheaper than the EI unit.
Ignorance is bliss, and accuracy expensive. How much of either can you afford?

shindig

That is true.  But Evo's is of better quality and they drill out some of the material in the center to make it lighter.  Like every performance Harley part - application and budget...

Will this fit with the stock (66/32) belt?

rigidthumper

Fit? Yes.
Proper tension? Maybe- some guys report it's OK with the adjuster all the way back, some say it's a little loose. Do you have 7/16" between the rear of your axle and the end of the adjustment travel?

I did a front pulley swap on my 2007 FXSTC. I swapped from a stock 32T to a 30T.

I used HD belt p/n 40074-07, and it fits perfectly, with plenty of adjustment in either direction.

Thank you, so are you now 66/30 using this belt?

Stock rear (whatever that tooth count may be) and 30T in the front.

It looks like these belts are for "Japan Bikes". And 1 tooth shorter.  132 vs 133.

Hit up Ben at American Prime Manufacturing.  He can help you out.

I am going to try the 30/68 setup, this will give me a 3.06 final ratio. I have a 96 ci 2009 Street Bob with an Andrews 57 advanced 4 degrees. I am going to try the Tri Glide 30 tooth front pulley with the Sportster 68 tooth rear wheel pulley. I will have to wait till spring to make the swap as we are running out of good riding weather here in Minnesota and I don't want the bike down when I can ride.
