96 flstn turn signals

need help. I was messing around with plug and play LED bulbs until I learned I need to add a load stabilizer. I decided to just go back to incandescent bulbs and live with it. that's when things went bad. I now have no turn sigs, no brake light and no fender tip lights however, I do have headlight, running lights and tail light. I checked the circuit breakers and they're good. I know there is power because they are lit. could I have killed a relay switch? does the turn signal relay also operate the brake light?  I'm at a loss, I'm not very good at electrical and, I really don't even know how to troubleshoot this issue.

Check the plug under the seat that feeds the rear fender.
