I would put stock ones back in and make sure they are installed correctly internally.  The parts order is the tensioner body, piston, spring and finally the shoe.

Fueling makes replacement shoes that go in the stock housings and include the springs and plungers. I checked a set of mine after 20k and they looked great. It's an affordable option too 👍

Stock will last nearly forever. No reason to do anything else.
I am an adult?? When did that happen, and how do I make it stop?!
