Headlight cleaning

Morning everyone, I would like to know if anyone can tell me how to get the milky color off the headlight lense. It a 00' FLHTC. It's a glass lense made by Bosch. I'm not sure if it's on the inside or the outside though. It has the replacable halogen bulb. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

I sell  a product from 3M called 'Headlight Lens Restoration System' part # 39008. Customers have had good luck with this. Use to sell one from Permatex but it seemed not to work as good  .

Hey thanks Panheaddrean, But I figured it out. I took some dawn dish soap, hot water and cotton balls, Swirled them around on the inside and it came out like brand new. Thanks for the info though.
