Anyone experimented with this one around 11:1 or so? Just curious, it looks like a good sport touring profile.

I had e-mailed S&S a few weeks ago and they stated preferred comp of 10.5 and would work 9.7-10.8. I had started a thread some time ago asking for info/experience with this cam, had several replies and a  few links. have a set of these (HP103) and SE CNC heads along with wiseco 10.5 forged pistons, may put it together in the fall. good luck and post if you try them out.

Nothing to experiment with. I use a fair share of HP 103 cams, and they work well with most of the builds I use them in. 11:1 is kinda out of my league (rare), as I don't want to create PMS for any of my warm climate customers.

Thanks. Where do you set the compression? Have you ever installed them in a 117", 120" or 124"?

I did a Water Buffalo 117" drop on several months ago with them. 132 X 136 Tq. 2 into 1 into 2, 2 1/8" cores in stock cans, 58 HPI. Did a 110" "B" motor, Carb. went 124.6 X 130.5. Did a 107", went 122.8 X 127.5.
Never tried them on anything smaller, or larger than above. Never ran them at 11.00:1

This is true!

Head-Quarters had a 600 cam that was similar LC and LSA. I liked it and it ripped in my 107 many years ago. The timing looks good for decent manners and power at a high 10 for compression.
