Does anyone know which parts that are genuine for the Gen I, and can not be used from the Gen II?

Is custom  chrome  still  around ?  I  had a  Gen 3 that  I  sold , he lost  the  motor  and  told  me  that  he  had  to  get  parts  from  them.
